BLUEPRINT consulting consists of three fundamental components:
System Evaluation.
Five comprehensive modules are provided whereby the particular criminal justice system is evaluated in terms of modern universal standards of efficiency, effectiveness, and fairness in measuring its strengths and weaknesses.
System Strengthening.
Ten comprehensive courses provide criminal justice functionaries with modern universal tools applied as practical mechanisms to real cases in guiding the actual work of investigation, prosecution, defense, judgement, and administration in the efficient, effective, and fair resolution or cases. Fundamental themes are addressed, including the arts of investigating; of litigating; of filtering relevant facts from the irrelevant; of forming task forces and specialized units; and of arbitrating and judging.
System Reform.
A word-by-word and article-by-article reconstruction of the particular criminal procedure code is provided in showing how the code can be imbued with modern concepts in practical mechanism application as it serves as a prototype or platform for discussion among system functionaries, academics, and politicians in the search for definitive system reform.
