COURSE 7:
THE ART OF LITIGATION (FOR PROSECUTORS)
Ideally, within the context of the implementation units—or at least starting with them—expand the training of prosecutors through advanced accusatory topics with respect to their procedural functioning.
These issues have to do with his accusatory role as legal advisor to the police investigator and litigator and, as such, should not be confused with the role and investigative techniques that otherwise correspond to the police investigator.
Through this advanced training, the prosecutor will better understand his accusatory role in order to better learn how to evaluate and resolve the processes.
