A live and in person evaluation of the country’s actual criminal justice system practice within the same comparative law context (inquisitorial versus accusatory) in its interpretation and application of the criminal procedure code then occurs. Once again, everything is based upon KLI BLUEPRINT‘s unique intellectual material and related teaching techniques.
A small team will visit the subject country and, over a period of approximately two weeks, evaluate first hand and in practice all the components addressed in the survey and code evaluation in final, practical confirmation of the system status. The resulting diagnostic will be committed to writing.
With this added program component, the host country and any independent funding source will have all the information needed to strategically identify, fund, and mount specific developmental programs.
